Layakaca21 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By registering an account or using any feature on the layakaca21 platform, you confirm that:

  • You are a Malaysian citizen or resident who is legally eligible to use online betting services.
  • You are not on any list of individuals prohibited from using such services under Malaysian law.

Layakaca21 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If the information provided is found to be false or misleading, the account in question may be suspended or closed immediately without prior notice.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the layakaca21 platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, or payment details is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed, with balances frozen pending investigation.

You are fully responsible for:

  • Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Ensure that the device you use to access layakaca21 is secure and not accessible by unauthorised parties.
  • Report to layakaca21 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Keep your personal information up to date whenever there are changes, especially your bank account details for withdrawal purposes.

Layakaca21 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their own account credentials.

3. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities

Layakaca21 users agree not to use this platform for any of the following purposes:

  • Any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
  • Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the functionality of layakaca21's systems or servers.
  • Use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
  • Fraud, identity theft, document forgery, or any form of payment system manipulation.
  • Inciting or distributing unlawful content through layakaca21's communication channels.

Any violation of the above rules will result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account. layakaca21 also reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.

4. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the layakaca21 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept deposits via approved local payment methods, including FPX bank transfers and local e-wallets. Deposits are credited to your account upon successful verification.

A few important notes regarding financial transactions:

  • The bank account name used for deposits and withdrawals must exactly match the registered name on your layakaca21 account.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account that has been verified and registered by the user.
  • Layakaca21 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding the stipulated limits.
  • Any taxes or charges levied by the receiving bank are the sole responsibility of the user.
  • Transactions suspected of involving money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the funds in question may be frozen pending completion of the investigation.

5. Account Policies, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Account Suspension & Closure

Layakaca21 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for any of the following reasons without prior notice: breach of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to claim any compensation or remaining balance.

Liability Limit

Layakaca21 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users due to service disruptions, technical failures beyond our control, or the actions of third parties. This platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual Property

All content on the layakaca21 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of layakaca21 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any of this content without prior written consent from us.

6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
